At ghomryonshomxell, we take pride in creating high-quality custom handmade gifts. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific return and refund policies designed to protect both our customers and our artisans.
Since our custom handmade gifts are created specifically for each customer based on their personalized requirements, these items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or the item does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
If you receive a custom handmade gift that has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the quality standards we guarantee, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to either repair, replace, or provide a refund for the defective item.
To initiate a return for a defective item:
For items approved for return due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Refunds are only issued for items that are defective or do not match the order specifications.
We do not offer direct exchanges for custom handmade items. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us before the item is completed. Once an item has been crafted, we may offer to create a new item based on your revised requirements, subject to additional fees.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, if production has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
If your custom handmade gift arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
